Coffs Harbour, 600km north of Sydney and 400 south of Brisbane, on the New South Wales north coast, needs little introduction to most Australians. With kilometer after kilometer of magnificent beaches and a sub-tropical climate, Coffs Harbour has been a popular tourist destination for the best part of a century. Until recently, though, one of the Coffs coast's better-kept secrets was that it contains some of the finest mountain biking in Australia. From graded forestry roads, through groomed single track, all the way to full-bore downhill race tracks, it's pretty well all here for the mountain biker.
If you are already a visitor to the area, why not join us for one of our half-day rides? If you're considering a longer ride with us then we can arrange your accommodation for you and your group - whether or not you are all riders. We can arrange accommodation at any one of dozens of properties throughout the region, according to your needs. You can stay right in theheart of Coffs Harbour or chill-out in one of the surrounding beachside towns or villages, like Sue and Trevor's home town of Woolgoolga.
What about the bikes?
You can bring your bikes and keep them with you overnight at your accommodation or we'll look after them for you. Bring a good lock for your bike and consider insuring against loss or damage. Alternatively, we can provide hire bikes for anyone without a suitable mtb, or who doesn't wish to transport their bikes. Our bikes are geared towards half-day rides or less experienced riders though we have a limited availability of Specialized dual suspension XC mounts.
Mechanicals
We carry puncture repair kits, shock pumps, tool kit and basic spares on the rides. Trevor has many years' experience as a bike mechanic and will help you with any mechanical problems over the weekend.
Packing
We can help you source boxes and packing for your return trip. We can also arrange a courier service to pick up and deliver your bike.
Bike Hire
We can provide hire bikes for anyone without a suitable mtb, or who doesn't wish to transport their bikes. Our bikes are geared towards half-day rides or less experienced riders though we have a limited availability of Specialized dual suspension XC mounts.
